		<description>Thanks for reposting this Ingrid. It&#039;s easy to just notice the swearing and pot banging but when you see it all broken down like this you have to admit it: Gordon Ramsey has an amazing talent for business and marketing.

It is fascinating to watch how many owners will fight Gordon all the way on points which seem so obvious to the viewer - a warning against developing tunnel vision about our own business and not being open to good advice.

I remember one of the last episodes I saw where the female owner was full of excuses - it was like she really did not want to succeed. He even ran the place himself for the day and proved there was money to be made but she wasn&#039;t really interested. 

It seems that 9 times out of 10 it all comes down to how much you really want it - it&#039;s that simple and that hard. :)</description>
