About Heart Harmony
 Do you ever wonder what happened to those nerdy kids at school who just loved English? The ones who were always reading or writing stories and poems instead of playing outside? Well ... they work at Heart Harmony!
My name is Ingrid Cliff, the founder of Heart Harmony copywriting business based in Brisbane, Australia. I have a team of talented copywriters creating compelling web and off-line copy for some of Australia's biggest companies including Flight Centre, Escape Travel, Student Flights & BP.
Since 1983, I have been at interesting places in interesting times. My writing career started when I was involved in writing the history of the Qld Police Union – when the Fitzgerald Inquiry came into being, and history and current times became very blurred. I then went on to rewrite the Rules of Court of the Qld Industrial Commission (which had not been touched for over 100 years) and was involved in creating the first Industrial Relations keyword thesaurus for Australian IR decisions.
I also was part of the team that totally rewrote and structured the Public Service Award under Dr Peter Coaldrake, before being appointed as Director of Corporate Development in Qld Treasury. My team developed SES and executive officers in leadership and communications, as well as driving corporate and strategic planning for Treasury. I created the first integrated planning model for the Qld Government before moving into the private sector where I tripled the size and profits of a Pharmacy chain while reducing overall wages percentage.
I opened Heart Harmony in 2003 to help put businesses into words.
Along with a degree in Psychology, I studied Industrial Relations and the History and Philosophy of Science as well as numerous certifications in NLP, MBTI, training and human potential.
Passionate about communications and neuropsychology – I enjoy looking at the changing trends in communications styles and approaches, and tapping into these changes to build the potential in each person and organisation.
