About Heart Harmony
Do you ever wonder what happened to those nerdy kids at school who just loved English? The ones who were always reading or writing stories and poems instead of playing outside? Well ... they work at Heart Harmony!
 My name is Ingrid Cliff, the founder of Heart Harmony and I was the ultimate nerd all through school because I loved books and writing. If there was an English prize – I usually won it! I went to University and studied Psychology, Industrial Relations and the History and Philosophy of Science, ending up with a Bachelor of Arts. I wanted to know how the mind and the universe ticked (but not necessarily in that order).
Although for 20 years my job titles usually had the term Human Resources in them somewhere – I was always the one in the corner quietly writing the policies and procedures manuals, researching cases, writing annual reports and strategic plans, newsletters, speeches for my CEOs and creating briefing notes. I always took my writing with me wherever I went, even while I was orienting new employees, creating performance appraisal systems and implementing organisational change.
And then...
... I discovered that I could write full time without having to resolve interpersonal team conflict because someone had smelly tuna for lunch, or order new uniforms because someone didn’t like the pleats in their pants.(Human Resources was such a glamorous job at times!)
I went back to study copywriting to add to my NLP studies, and found a world even more fun than turning around companies, building team productivity and resolving conflict. Time stands still when I write – particularly with SEO copywriting. I love what I do and do what I love.

Mike Moyle (BSc, Dip Ed) is a specialist writer who spent a number of years lecturing in the Biological Sciences at the University of Sydney and Sydney TAFE. Mike is the author of many published scientific papers as well as science fiction short-stories. In his spare time he tries to convert everyone to use Linux and enjoys the title of Linux developer.
Penni Davidson is a web writer who wrote on scraps of paper to remain sane while her kids were small. Penni also had eclectic study tastes at Uni – studying everything from psychology to music and popular culture. In her spare time Penni scrapbooks (a serious addiction) and renovates houses.
Uellan is another of our SEO copywriters who has combined her Bachelor of Education with her studies in geology and alternative therapies. In her spare time Uellan travels the world (we had one piece of work emailed from the side of a volcano in South America) and makes jewellery.
Outside our core team, we have a number of subcontractor freelance copywriters around the world as well as affiliated experts in graphic design, web development, media, IT support, accountants, virtual assistants, transcription services, occupational health practitioners, human resources and industrial relations practitioners as well as energy workers.
