Freecycle
| Hi I strongly believe in sharing abundance. I also believe in shifting what you no longer use in your home. This week I discovered "Freecycle" where you list items you would like to give away and lovely people receive them. It works in reverse also - someone may list something you want and you can ask to receive it. The person who referred me to Freecycle had been struggling financially with a small child and had been given toys and a high chair through Freecyle. http://www.freecycle.org/ Why did I personally like freecycle? I met some truly lovely people and moved on some bigger things we no longer needed (and which wouldn't fit into a Vinnies donation bin) and didn't take up landfill space. A win all round.
